There are some important points to note for customers using this service, so please read them.

For this tour, priority will be given to customers who have tickets for the day until the start of the live show on the day of the performance.

After the start of the show, even customers who do not have tickets for the day can purchase merchandise.

◇Tokyo Performance

Merchandise sales: From 14:00

* Both the July 19th (Wed) and July 20th (Thu) Tokyo Garden Theater performances and the July 23rd (Sun) Tokyo International Forum Hall A performance

◇Performance: Doors open at 17:30 / Performance starts at 18:30

Merchandise sales: 15:00~

◇Okinawa Performance (Doors open 18:00/Show starts 19:00)

Merchandise sales: 15:30~

*The start time may change depending on the preparation status and the situation at the venue on the day.

* Regarding merchandise sales, the area will be crowded before the start of the show. We ask for your cooperation in arriving early.

[Regarding merchandise purchases]

●On the day, please wear a mask when purchasing merchandise.

●On the day of the show, priority will be given to customers with tickets until the start of the show. After the show starts, customers without tickets can also enter the venue.

●Please take precautions against the weather and temperature, and be sure to line up in the right position.

●When lining up to make a purchase, reserving spots or cutting in line is prohibited.

●It is expected that the venue will be crowded before the show begins, so we ask that you please arrive early.

● Please be sure to check the product, color, size, and change you have ordered at the sales counter.

Once you have left the sales floor, we cannot accommodate requests for changes to products or sizes or for insufficient change.

●There will be a purchase limit of 5 items of each product.

●If the product you purchased is defective, it will be exchanged for a good product. (Size or product cannot be changed.)

Please note that we do not accept​ ​returns or refunds on purchased products.

We will ask you to show your receipt when we assist you, so please be sure to bring it with you.

If you don't have a receipt, we can't assist you.

●In the unlikely event that you notice a defective product after the performance has ended, we will accept exchanges within 7 days of purchase.

Please note that if the above period has passed, we may not be able to respond as we will not be able to determine whether the product is defective or not.

● Shopping bags will not be provided. Please bring your own bags to take your groceries home.

●We plan to continue selling goods after the show, but since there is a limit to the number of items that can be sold on the day of the show, if the products are sold out, merchandise sales will end at that point.
